What’s the best thing to do, when it’s raining heavy outside and you’re home alone?
Meditate. Do some yoga exercise. Whoho, that’s way too much for me :p.
Yes, maybe I’ll do some meditation. But in my own way. Which is, a cup of nice hot tea, accompany by a good book.

Like now.
A nice jasmine tea. Btw, I did consume green tea for a long time. They say it’s good for your health. Well, maybe it is. But it’s definitely not good for my mouth! I barely can swallow it. Yaiks. It tastes awfull! :(. And thank God I finally give up. I prefer my soul-satisfaction back (& my common sense!) than follow some stupid concept which is not adaptable for me :D.

Back to the topic :p, this one cup of nice jasmine tea (don’t forget to add a teaspoon of honey in it ;)) seems like a perfect soulmate for me rite now.

Brr.. It’s quite chilling in here. And this first two sipped of my tea is really help :)
Ahh.. refreshing and warming at the same time. Who invented (or maybe found? Because God IS the one who invented all :p) this damn liquid meditation tools called jasmine-tea?! He/She must be a genius. Don’t you agree with me ;)
Now, lets try the second step of our (or my?) meditation. A good book. You can choose your favorite one that you had read it over and over but never get bored at all (mine is Simple Abundance by Sarah Ban Breathnach) or just pick a new one. I choose the new one. It’s Mary Helen Stefaniak’s The Turk And My Mother (Jakarta: GPU: 2006).

This book is not too thick, just average (267 pages). Average or a thin book is nessesary, because thick book can make your hand ache even when you just reach page 5! That’s not good. No good at all. An ached hand can ruin our meditation plan! ^ ^

Anyway, this book I choose, from its title, cover illustration and its short introduction in the back cover of the book (what does it called?) promise me that the story will be awesome. A story of (maybe) one great love affair, wich wrapped in an exotism aura (Helloo, Turk? Doesn’t it says all). Well, am I right? Does this book can fullfill my expectation? Lets find out then. Happy reading everyone ;)

(I hate I can’t write in English as smooth as if I write in bahasa Indonesia. And they say practice make perfect, rite. So here it goes. This post is the first session of my-English-writing-beginner-class ^ ^. Any critics or comment will be very appreciated ;))
